At Hello Sugar, we're all about making your experience as sweet as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and that's okay! If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please text us.

Here's how we keep things fair and flexible:

Sweet Courtesy

- A little heads-up goes a long way! Please give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps our estheticians adjust their schedules and keeps things running smoothly.

- Missed the 12-hour window? There's a small $10 fee for same-day changes, just to protect our hardworking estheticians.

For Those Extra Special Appointments ( 1+ Hours) :

- Bookings over an hour are a big deal! We ask for a 50% deposit to secure these longer slots. If plans change without a 12-hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable, ensuring our estheticians are compensated for their reserved time.
