The owners of Hello Sugar cleave to a core belief that an elevated client experience and love for others never should be compromised.
It’s the little details that separate us from others - like the spicy and fun personalities and exceptional skill of our aestheticians, text reminders before your appointment from real people, and services provided to all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
How it all started
Brigham Dallas founded Hello Sugar in February 2015. Most people ask him “Why waxing?” He’s quick to tell you that he knew nothing about waxing when the company was started. We had a great team in the beginning and it just felt right.
Brigham has a marketing and financial background. You’ve probably seen the ads he created on Facebook, Tik Tok, or Instagram for Hello Sugar.
Brigham’s mission is to create a customer experience where they feel comfortable coming to us for their most vulnerable services.
Meet the Team
Hello Sugar was built on the belief that everyone walking into our door should feel comfortable. Our team is almost 100 strong in Arizona and includes a full-time HR support staff, dedicated trainers, and leaders committed to growing us to 20 locations in the phoenix valley.
Our mission is to create a customer experience where the client is warmly greeted by our staff and always feels comfortable. We inspire our aestheticians to be confident in their skills and caring to everyone who enters our doors.

Hello Sugar is a professional waxing salon that takes pride in knowing that no matter what aesthetician or location our clients visit, the service is always the same quality. This starts with a friendly demeanor, respect, and a good attitude every day. Clients should never feel rushed and quality is more important than quantity. All clients are educated on the importance of skincare as well as the value of the membership services offered at Hello Sugar.

Excellent customer service
(It’s our secret!) Since its inception, Hello Sugar has experienced rapid growth at our Phoenix and Scottsdale wax salons. We opened our second location in downtown Scottsdale in 2015, our third location in North Scottsdale in 2016. Two more locations were developed for Tempe and Queen Creek in 2017. We have since added Peoria and Mesa in 2018, Ahwatukee in 2019, Flagstaff in 2020, and Tucson in 2021! We attribute our growth to the membership program we offer.
In short, the membership is the best price anywhere for a wax. Members pay a deeply discounted price at the beginning of the month for the waxing services they love: Brazilian wax, underarms, face, arms, etc (see membership pricing here). Members can save hundreds of dollars a year on waxing services.
Since its inception, we have grown our customer base very rapidly thanks to the buzz behind our membership services.
