FAQ's
An OM is a trained remote operations manager who helps support your daily business tasks such as scheduling, payroll support, reporting, hiring coordination, client communication, and more, allowing you to focus on growing your location.
You select a trained OM who supports your business remotely. Your OM works closely with you and your team to handle operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Simply choose your preferred OM from the videos, and we will schedule an introduction call so you can meet them and discuss the tasks that best support your operational needs.
We collect feedback from you during the first month and then quarterly to ensure everything is working well. If at any point you feel your OM is not the right fit, you can let us know. We will review the situation, provide additional coaching if needed, or match you with a different OM to better support your business.
OMs are typically available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (U.S. time zones), although exact availability may vary depending on their location. During your introduction call, you and your OM will coordinate the days and times they will be supporting your business.
Unless you are on the 30+ hours plan, your OM will work within the weekly hours allocated to your plan. Any additional hours must be approved by you in advance.
Unless you have a full-time OM, OMs typically support multiple franchise owners. Most OMs work with around 3 franchise locations, allowing them to maintain full-time employment with our company while providing consistent support to each location.

OMs assist with payroll monitoring, inventory tracking and ordering, membership management, calendar oversight, reception escalations, and franchise compliance — allowing you to focus on growing your business while the day-to-day operations stay under control.
MCR Course
The MCR Course is led by sales experts and teaches estheticians how to turn consultations into memberships. Better conversations lead to more memberships sales, and more memberships mean stronger, recurring revenue for your location.
