Whether you’re completing Brazilian Wax or Brazilian Sugar certification for the first time or returning to refine your skills, our certification pathways are designed to meet you where you are and help you continue leveling up.
Hello Sugar offers two certification pathways: Core Certification and Pro Certification.
Core Certification
Estheticians completing Brazilian Wax or Brazilian Sugar certification for the first time.
Core Certification is an in-depth evaluation of Brazilian Wax or Brazilian Sugar services, focusing on foundational technique, sanitation, client comfort, service flow, and consistency.
Pro Certification
Estheticians who have completed Core Certification with an A or B grade.
Pro Certification is a review-based certification designed to refine technique, reinforce consistency, and elevate overall service execution.
How Pro Access Works
- Complete the Pro Certification application.
- Include your full name, salon location, Core Certification date, and grade (A or B required).
- Training Team reviews your application.
- Access is granted once eligibility is verified.
Submission does not guarantee approval. Eligibility is contingent on verified Core Certification records.

No. Pro Certification is only available to estheticians who have completed Core Certification with an A or B grade.

Estheticians who received a C grade must repeat Core Certification before becoming eligible to apply for Pro.

Pro Certification is optional but strongly encouraged for estheticians seeking continued refinement and future growth opportunities within Hello Sugar.

How To Submit Your Certification
Please read through all the instructions on this page before beginning the certification process.
Complete the Kajabi Recertification Study Course HERE. If this is not completed your video will not be able to be graded.
Schedule a time to complete your recertification video using the links below:
Download the Zoom App and ensure you are logged in. Please double check your internet or wifi connection is stable. Any interruption in wifi or phone connection will result in a false upload and may require a complete redo.
A tripod is required. A clear view from the camera is non-negotiable and any area serviced with a blocked view will be noted and ultimately affect your final grade.
Once you join your secure, private meeting it will automatically begin recording. Please double check that your camera and microphone are on. You will have 1 hour to complete your certification video.
Please ensure that you begin your video by showing the full signed consent form. Failure to do so will cause an automatic failure. This can be a printed paper copy or the online form found HERE.
Once you end your Zoom session it will automatically upload to our secure zoom account where only our grading team will be able to access your video.
Within 5-7 working days, you will receive an email with a loom video that includes all feedback with your graded rubric. The rubric will also be emailed to the salon owners or your managers via email.
