The Hello Sugar Cool Creek salon is located inside the Phenix Salon Suite in Carmel, Indiana. The location is just east of US 31/Meridian Street in Cool Creek Commons off of 146th Street. It sits to the right of Fresh Market grocery store. Turn off 146th Street at the light of Oak Rd. into Cool Creek Commons. Drive past Dunkin Donuts and Phenix Salon Suites will be on your right. Look for the Phenix Salon Suites building to the left of Buffalo Wild Wings and Total Wine. To find Suite 120, enter the building, veer to your right around the hall and you will see Suite 120. Free parking is available directly in front of the salon. Have a seat next to the suite if the door is closed and the staff will be right with you!
