Requirements

• Follower: There is a one-time, $15 initiation fee that allows you to freeze or cancel your membership at any time.

• Billing: Occurs on the 1st or the 15th of each month and is applied to a credit or debit card on file. Your credit lasts for 60 days, so make sure you’re making your appointment to use your benefit!

• Locations: Members can enjoy the benefits of the membership at any Hello Sugar location.

• Cancellations: As a courtesy to our highly sought-after aestheticians, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so that we have time to fill that appointment slot. There is a $10 cancellation fee for all appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time. The cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card we have on file. A simple text the day prior is all that is required to change your appointment. Due to covid-19, you are feeling ill the day of your appointment, please notify us one hour prior to your appointment and we will waive the cancellation fee.

• Deactivating Memberships: Our members enjoy no long-term commitments for the membership. To cancel your membership, text us before the next billing period starts. We recommend deactivating your membership at your final appointment.

• Freezing Memberships: Heading out of town for a season? Memberships can be paused for any duration of time at no additional charge. There is no startup fee to restart your membership after this time.
