The Hello Sugar Newport Jersey City location is located in Phenix Salon Suites in Jersey City. The location is on Washington Blvd next door to Staples and across from Target. Look for Phenix Salon Suites next to Staples. When you enter the building, make a right and go down the hall to the end, then makes your first left and follow that hall approximately 20 feet. Suite 174 will be on your left. There is a large lot in the front of the store with FREE parking. To access the building please dial Suite 174 from the call box.
