The Hello Sugar Town Center salon is located inside the Phenix Salon Suites in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The location is west of Constitution drive. The building is located east of Apex entertainment on Columbus Street. From Virginia Beach Blvd turn onto Constitution drive and turn right into the parking lot. There is a ServisFirst Bank Branch at the corner of the parking lot. Look for the Phenix Salon suites building on your right once in the parking lot. If entering from the parking lot in the rear of the building make your first left and follow the hall around until you find the last door on your left before you reach the front door. If entering from the front door of the building we are the first suite on the right. Ample free parking is available behind the Phenix Salon suite.
