Terms of Service

 Effective November 21–30, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Hello Sugar Black Friday Packages Offer (“Offer”). By purchasing this Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Overview

The Black Friday Packages Offer is available for purchase online only from November 21 through November 30, 2025, and is valid at all Hello Sugar locations except those listed in Section 9. Three package options are available:

  • Package A: Buy 7 Brazilians, get 5 free — 12 total vouchers for $480 ($40 per voucher; $336 savings)

  • Package B: Buy 6 Brazilians, get 2 free — 8 total vouchers for $400 ($50 per voucher; $144 savings)

  • Package C: Buy 3 Brazilians — 3 total vouchers for $156 ($52 per voucher)

All packages are valid for waxing and sugaring services only.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is open to all clients, both members and non-members. Each client may purchase multiple packages but may not transfer vouchers to another person.

3. Payment and Purchase

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Packages can only be purchased online and are not available for in-store purchase.

  • Hello Sugar reserves the right to modify or end the promotion early without prior notice.

4. Refunds and Credits

  • Unused vouchers may be refunded on a prorated basis based on the number of remaining vouchers and the per-voucher rate from the purchased package.

  • Alternatively, clients may choose to convert any unused vouchers into account credit to be used toward other Hello Sugar services.

  • All refunds and credits must be processed through Hello Sugar’s customer support team and may take up to 10 business days to complete.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing client.

5. Voucher Terms

  • Each package includes a set number of service vouchers redeemable for Brazilian waxing or sugaring.

  • Vouchers expire 18 months from the purchase date.

  • Expired vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be reinstated.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled according to standard Hello Sugar booking policies.

  • No-shows and late cancellations (as defined by location policy) are subject to a $10 fee per occurrence.

7. Membership Pausing

Existing Hello Sugar members may pause their membership while redeeming package vouchers. Once all vouchers are used, membership pricing and terms will resume as normal.

8. Exclusions

  • Offer is valid for waxing and sugaring services only.

  • Laser services, add-ons, and retail products are not included in this promotion.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or membership rate.

9. Non-Participating Locations

The following Hello Sugar locations are not participating in this promotion:

  • WI Wauwatosa | Central 145

  • MN Roseville | Central 160

  • ID Coeur d’Alene | Riverstone 110

  • WI Whitefish Bay | Downtown 189

  • MA Burlington | Simonds Park 188

  • PA Whitehall | MacArthur 185

10. General Conditions

Hello Sugar reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time;

  • Refuse service or redemption in cases of suspected misuse or fraud;

  • Enforce all standard salon policies, including health and safety requirements.

By purchasing this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by a written agreement between the user and an independently owned and operated Hello Sugar franchisee, in which case the governing law set forth in that agreement shall apply.
