What are your mobile terms?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt in to text messages, you agree that Hello Sugar Franchise LLC may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features, and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.

What can I expect to receive?

We offer two types of text message programs, each with its own opt-in:

Transactional Messages: By opting in, you consent to receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, reschedule and cancellation notifications, and receipts from Hello Sugar via text message.

Promotional Messages: By opting in, you consent to receive promotional offers, discounts, and marketing messages from Hello Sugar via text message.

You may opt in to one, both, or neither program. Consent to either program is not a condition of purchase.

How do I sign up for these text messages?

You can opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and consenting during online booking at hellosugar.salon or in salon at the time of service. When you opt in, we will send you a text message to confirm your signup.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Hello Sugar will never charge you for the text messages you receive; however, standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. For all other questions about our text message programs, you can send an email to privacy@hellosugar.salon.

Supported wireless carriers

We are able to deliver messages to major United States mobile phone carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile (including Metro by T-Mobile and Mint Mobile), Verizon (including Visible), UScellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
